Pai, the town and it’s surrounding valley.

Pai district is part of Mae Hong Son province. Pai has become today one of the main tourist destination due to it’s laid back atmosphere and this scenic location in a valley surrounded by mountains.
Lately, a multitude of new hotels and guest-houses have sprung up in the valley, and today a wide type of accommodation is available, from the cheap bamboo hut to the deluxe resort. Pai valley attractions are hot springs, a few waterfalls, small elephant camp and the Pai river. The valley is easy to explore with a bicycle, or a motorbike.
